Telehealth Counseling Service for Staff

Overview: 

  • School-Based counseling service for staff, students, and families. 

  • A collaboration between the CDC, Wyoming Dept. of Education, and Wyoming Dept. of Health.

  • Services are free, insurance will be billed, while the Grant pays for copays and deductibles.

  • If there is no insurance, full services are paid for by the Grant.

  • Staff can schedule after-school, at-home sessions or on their own time.

  • Sessions performed by Licenced Professional Counselors (LPC) via telehealth 

  • LPCs are provided through Central Wyoming Counseling Center  (CWCC) located in Casper.

  • All HIPAA laws observed.

For Staff: 

Staff can self-refer by

  1. Printing the staff self-referral form, linked here: BGH2 Staff Referral.

  2. Filling it out with a signature.

  3. Email it to the grant Community Project Manager here.
